We believe that close relationships, open communication and external assessment are essential to responsible production.
Our vetting and monitoring approach includes:

- Asking ongoing questions about working conditions, production and traceability
- Working with partners to address findings and improve standards over time
Our Code of Conduct requires:
- No forced, bonded or trafficked labour
- No child labour
- No discrimination, violence, harassment or inhumane treatment
- Respect for freedom of association and collective bargaining
- Safe, healthy and hygienic working conditions
- Wages and legally required benefits paid correctly and on time
- Lawful working hours, voluntary overtime and appropriate rest
- Regular and legally recognised employment
- Transparent production with no unauthorised subcontracting
