• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Domestic (Australia)

• Standard Shipping: AUD $10 (3–7 business days)
• Express Shipping: AUD $15 (1–3 business days)
• Free standard shipping on all orders over AUD $300

International

• New Zealand: AUD $20 (7–10 business days)
• Rest of World: AUD $30 (10–14 business days)
• Free international shipping on orders over AUD $400
• Please note: We are currently not shipping to the US

Duties & Taxes

• International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local customs office.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Audēre is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
